Writer is a content focussed responsive theme for the Jekyll blogging platform. Designed with a focus on typography to provide a great experience for the reader. Purpose built to look great across all platforms and screen sizes. Writer has multiple home page layouts and post/page types along with other utility pages like Category, Author and Contact to ensure your website is fully featured.

Enable/disable theme features by editing a simple configuration file. Customise each page by editing it?s Front Matter.

Code Highlighting

Posts containing code are styled and highlighted using the inbuilt Jekyll highlighter.

Javascript Fallback (for users without Javascript)

The javascript powered menu has a fallback for any users who may not be using Javascript within their browser.

Compatibility Updates

Writer will be updated regularly to ensure it is compatible with future versions of Jekyll. This theme has been built to the latest standard currently version 3.2.1 (Latest as of August 5th 2016).
